Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented Dispute Resolution Solicitor (2–5 PQE) to join a growing litigation team, handling a wide variety of complex and high-value disputes. This role offers excellent scope to develop specialist expertise while working with a diverse client base, with the benefit of flexible working and a strong benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act for clients in commercial property disputes, breach of contract claims, housing disputes, and shareholder/director disputes — enhancing your expertise across a broad range of cases
• Advise and represent clients in contentious trusts and probate matters, including I(PFD)A claims, Will challenges, executor/trustee issues, and trust disputes — building a strong reputation in this niche area
• Handle cases involving proprietary estoppel, construction/rectification, and Court of Protection matters — gaining valuable technical experience
• Provide clear, practical advice aligned with clients’ objectives — strengthening long-term client relationships
Requirements:
• 2–5 years PQE with a solid grounding in dispute resolution
• Strong technical knowledge with proven experience managing a varied caseload
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex issues for clients
• Personable and confident, with the ability to build relationships across all levels
• Commercially aware with strong networking skills
• Highly organised, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
