Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly motivated individual with administrative and clerical experience to support the work of the Adverse Event Review Group (AERG). The AERG is a supportive, multi‑disciplinary team with lead responsibility for reviewing adverse events within Mental Health and Learning Disability services.
Key Responsibilities
The post‑holder will be a key contact for adverse event reviews from receipt of briefing notes through to the conclusion of each review. The post‑holder will ensure a high quality service in all work related to adverse event reviews.
Qualifications & Experience
It is essential that the post‑holder has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be able to work autonomously and take initiative as well as work well as part of a team. The post‑holder should have good written language skills, be familiar with Microsoft Office software and be able to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. There must also be a proven track record of an ability to work under pressure with competing demands.
Travel
In order to meet the needs of the service, the successful applicant will be required to travel to different locations within NHS Forth Valley to attend adverse event reviews. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
Background Check
The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
