We are looking for a Project Procurement Manager for a 12-month contract based in Wilton, Teesside.
This position involves working on a green energy renewables plant project with a focus on mechanical and E&I.
Travel within Europe is required at least 2 days per week.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Procurement and Materials project team and managing the profit/loss of a revenue center, major product line, or support function. Responsibilities include:
1. Developing, implementing, and enforcing compliance with company procurement and materials policies.
2. Building rapport and negotiating with strategic suppliers.
3. Coordinating activities to meet operational needs and enhance productivity.
