Warehouse Operative Location: East Midlands Airport Pay Rate: £13.35 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00 About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative based at East Midlands Airport. This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Stripping down pallets and preparing goods for processing. Scanning products and freight using warehouse scanning equipment. Restacking pallets accurately and securely. Wrapping completed pallets ready for storage or distribution. Ensuring all goods are handled safely and in line with operational procedures. Maintaining a clean and organised work area. Following all health and safety regulations at all times. Requirements Ability to carry out manual handling duties throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a physically intensive warehouse environment. Good attention to detail and accuracy when scanning and handling goods. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential. Able to pass a 5-year background check & DBS. What We Offer Competitive pay rate of £13.35 per hour.
