JD: 5years to 7 years of experienced and highly skilled Tech writer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for The Technical writer should be a self-driven professional with a strong understanding of how adults learn new technologies. They must be skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences through clear writing and communication. The role requires both technical expertise and the ability to effectively design and deliver instructional content.

MS Office Tools – Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
Domain Knowledge – Payment Processing – Understanding of payment systems, workflows, and industry standards.
Programming Proficiency – Working knowledge of one or more general-purpose programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, etc.).
Understanding how adults learn technology to design effective learning solutions.
