E-Rostering Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an e-Rostering Administrator to join the multi-disciplinary e-Rostering Support Team at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust (HDFT).
We are a small friendly team committed to delivering the maximum benefits to the Trust from our e-Rostering system.
The successful candidate will have good levels of IT literacy with recent experience of using information systems, ideally with e-Rostering modules. Experience of the Allocate Optima e-Rostering system is an advantage.
The post holder will be a key member of the e-Rostering team Helpdesk and will facilitate the delivery by supporting all associated administration processes. The post holder will provide administration and helpdesk support required for the electronic rostering system.
Main duties of the job
The post holder is responsible for front-line support for e-Rostering system users, maintaining accurate records and organising training, day-to-day management of the e-Rostering Systems Portal and incoming phone calls, producing scheduled and ad-hoc reports and dashboards, assisting with rollout activities and maintenance of the Team electronic filing system ensuring accurate data is entered into the system.

Qualifications
* GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English – Grade C or above.
* NVQ level 3 Administration or equivalent level of experience.
Skills
* Good planning & organisational skills.
* Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
* Knowledge of Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions.
* Understanding of the Working Time Regulations 1998.
Experience
* Previous experience working with Excel & generating graphs from data.
* Knowledge of Allocate Optima or ESR.
* Previous experience of data entry and population of relevant software.
