Overview
The hourly rate for this role is £12.40 and up to £14.13 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.

Responsibilities
* Help our customers and put them at ease; listening to find out more about them, answering questions and giving great advice on our products, recommending items they hadn’t considered or simply offering a basket.
* Get to know in-store offers and schemes and promote them.
* Help our stores run smoothly by ensuring the right products are displayed on the shop floor, providing a great service on our tills, or helping with stock in the stock rooms.
* Work with other team members to provide a great shopping experience and keep the store clean and presentable.
* You will be provided with award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
What you’ll need to have
* Full training is provided for this role, and we are looking for people who excel in a varied environment, work at pace, communicate and listen effectively, and enjoy teamwork.
* Desire to be a proud brand ambassador for Boots and help customers find the best products for them.
It would be great if you also have
* Experience providing customer care and delivering great customer service is desirable but not essential.
