Currently we are expanding as a business which leaves us looking to recruit a passionate experienced Clinical Trainer to join our team and propel Routes along their journey into the future of Healthcare.

Role: Clinical Trainer
Hours: Full time hours 35+ per week.
Location: Northeast, this role will require you to travel within our branch network in the northeast
Salary: negotiable depending on experience.
Due to the nature of our business and the role the successful candidate will require to be in possession of a full valid UK driving licence with access to their own vehicle.
Role purpose and overview
To train, support and assess the competence of new and existing staff within the business. This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, and a passion for delivering innovative training to small groups.
The individual will provide clinical skills training to healthcare workers with a variety of Nurse Delegated Tasks. This includes Tracheostomy Care, Invasive Ventilation, Oxygen Therapy, Suctioning, Gastrostomy, Spinal Injury specific training, Bowel Care, to name a few.
They require a very organised approach and be able to plan and manage their time well. The role includes travelling to various sites across the North of England.
Duties
Key responsibilities:
1. To deliver a high standard of training in line with the course syllabus and content set by RHC in classroom settings across the North of England.
2. Provide clinical skills training to healthcare workers with a variety of Nurse Delegated Tasks
3. Ensuring internal systems such as My Learning Cloud and People Planner are updated as required in a timely manner.
4. Creating an engaging learning environment and delivering a positive learning experience for candidates.
5. Challenge inappropriate behaviour and confront poor performance issues constructively in and out of the training room.
6. Provide constructive feedback to the Head of Clinical on the competence of learners.
7. Ensure that field workers are valued and retained within the business.
8. Work with the Workforce Director and SIT team to develop and update training and development programmes.
9. To be proactive and solution driven and provide innovative ideas for delivering training sessions.
10. Monitor training compliance across the business and ensure that additional training such as The Care Certificate is completed where required.
11. Maximise training efficiency and utilisation of courses by confirming attendees in advance of any course.
12. Assist with the development of future courses and helping to keep current course information up to date and in line with best practice.
13. Monitor training equipment service dates and organise services with recognised external companies.
14. To maintain CPD and ensure all knowledge, training and qualifications are up to date and maintained in line with CQC requirements.
General:
