As we continue to expand into new ranges and markets, we’re seeking a Quality Assurance Officer who will play a key role in safeguarding our standards of excellence — and ensuring that every product leaving our factory meets the expectations of the world’s finest brands.
Your Role
Working closely with the Head of Technical, Quality & Regulatory, you’ll help maintain and continuously improve our Quality Management System.
You’ll conduct internal audits, review documentation, support customer and certification audits, and approve finished goods for release.
Your insight and discipline will help protect both our reputation — and that of every client we manufacture for.
This is a role for someone who takes ownership, communicates with confidence, and believes in doing things properly, first time, every time.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct and support internal audits across departments.
Approve and release finished goods for distribution.
Carry out weekly GMP and hygiene audits across production areas.
Review and authorise manufacturing documentation.
Support customer and certification audits.
Maintain and develop the Quality Management System (QMS).
Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
About You
Minimum three to five years’ experience in a Quality role within manufacturing (food, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals preferred).
Degree in a science-based discipline.
Internal Auditor qualification and HACCP Level 2 certification.
Strong attention to detail and organisational precision.
Calm and composed under pressure, with clear communication skills.
A proactive, team-focused approach — and a genuine commitment to quality.
