The Role:
Working in a sales based role in a busy product distribution business with opportunity for career progression, the business is seeking the right individual for this key position as an Internal Sales Representative with responsibility for driving sales growth.
You will be responsible to develop sales from initial contact through to opening new accounts, following up on contact visits, quoting & pricing for new customer ordering and enquiries, ensuring continuous sales development and growth is achieved.
Acting as the main support to the Sales Director and be the customer interface resolving questions and concerns from customers, checking accuracy and delivery of orders, and liaising with all internal colleagues within a busy distribution environment. Product and systems training will be a continuous part of the role, which involves both technical and project-based elements to it.
What we are looking for:
You will have previous experience in a similar product based sales role, excelling in communicating by phone, and via electronic/social media with great customer service skills, able to relate and adjust to customer requirements and demands. As the Internal Sales Representatives you will be able to generate new leads, be self- motivated, enthusiastic and organised, with excellent IT & numerical skills and used to working at a senior management level. Full product training will be provided.

* Maintaining and improving the sales CRM database of prospects and accounts
* Researching for new leads
* Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
* Upselling products and services

* Willingness to understand and develop with the business, its products, and best practices.
* Capable of warehouse working if required.
* Full UK driving license
