Location: Harborne, Birmingham About the Role: This is a specialist provision for children aged 5–11 who require support due to Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties. Many pupils have experienced frequent educational disruption, including multiple school moves, exclusions, and long periods without a consistent placement. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial and rewarding role in supporting pupils with SEMH needs by: * Offering individualised support to help pupils develop emotional regulation and positive behavioural strategies. * Reinforcing our PROUD roots values through everyday practice and interactions. * Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning atmosphere that celebrates every child’s success. * Acting as a compassionate role model and building trusting relationships with learners who may have experienced trauma or instability.
