Job Description

Are you ready to take your marketing career to the next level?

Following a stunning £15 million refurbishment, Grosvenor Casino, The Victoria is one of the UK’s top casino destinations - and we’re just getting started.

We’re on the hunt for a creative marketing executive to help shape our next chapter. If you’re passionate about strategy, storytelling, and bringing energy to every campaign, this is your moment to shine.

You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will have a diverse set of responsibilities, spanning across online and offline marketing channels, promotional activities and organising top class events. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has a keen eye for marketing analysis.

Responsibilities:

12. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing collateral to support the overarching marketing strategy.
13. Execution of promotional briefs ensuring the operational teams are fully briefed and tracking of activity is recorded appropriately.
14. Plan the events programme and source and book live entertainment and decorations as appropriate.
15. Manage and optimise all marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
16. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices in the casino and gaming industry.
17. Establish and maintain strong relationships with media partners, vendors, and promotional agencies.
18. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and marketing guidelines set by relevant authorities.

Qualifications

19. Marketing degree (or equivalent) with 1–2+ years’ proven experience in a marketing role.
20. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
21. Strong grasp of marketing strategy, customer segmentation and campaign execution
22. Creative thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills
23. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines in the casino industry.
24. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
25. Results-driven mentality with a focus on achieving marketing objectives and driving revenue growth.

Desirable Skills:

26. Experience in the casino/gaming industry or event management
27. Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools and platforms
28. Good knowledge of social media marketing and managing content.

Additional Information

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
