Occasionally, you will assume overall responsibility for running the store, providing direction and support to colleagues to deliver excellent service.
What makes a great food manager:
* Previous line management experience in a fast-paced, operational environment.
* Provides excellent customer service and coaches the team to do the same.
* Delivers KPIs and other performance indicators.
* Handles disciplinaries, performance issues, and employee relations effectively.
* Leads operations confidently, including in the absence of senior management.
