We're seeking reliable, empathetic, and proactive individuals with prior experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge. You'll be someone who thrives in a team, communicates with kindness, and brings energy and patience to every shift.
Shift Pattern
- Early shift: 7am-2.30pmLate shift: 2.30pm-10pmNight shift: waking nights and sleep-in shifts *sleep-in shifts are paid at £69
- Full flexibility to work the above four shifts is required, including weekends on a rota basis
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
* Encouraging independence and community involvement
* Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
* Working as part of a close-knit, caring team
