We are currently looking to recruit Skin Shed operatives to work in the Abattoir area of the Llanybydder site. The general duties for these roles will include Main Duties: Follow and be aware of the departmental SOP’s. To ensure skins are trimmed correctly from the Lamb Line To ensure skins are individually grade into the correct grading categories. To ensure all skins are salted and palletised correctly. Ensuring all skins are dispatched correctly with all required paperwork Ensuring skins are processed to the required quality levels. Maintain the fast-paced environment in line with production needs. Work with the manager and team to achieve the department targets. Work to a clean as you go policy, ensure your work area is kept clean at all times. Promote and maintain Health, Safety and Hygiene standards in accordance with company rules and regulations.
