At Hallhouse Care Home, nestled in the peaceful village of Fenwick, we support up to 47 residents across Residential, Nursing and Respite care. Our home is full of life, laughter, and warmth and we’re on the lookout for a special kind of person to help us keep it that way.
As a Wellbeing Coordinator, you won’t just be organising activities you’ll be creating moments that matter. From afternoon singalongs and baking clubs to one-to-one chats over tea, you’ll be the friendly face that brings energy and joy into every corner of our home.

What You’ll Do
Every day will be different and that’s part of the magic. You’ll take the time to get to know our residents as individuals, understanding their personalities, past passions, and current abilities. Using this insight, you’ll shape activities that spark memories, build friendships, and bring a real sense of purpose.
You’ll help create monthly programmes that blend group activities with personalised one-to-one moments. Whether it’s helping someone rediscover their love of painting or arranging a themed afternoon tea, you’ll bring creativity and warmth into everything you do.
Your organisational skills will help you stay on top of plans, record participation, and ensure activities are accessible and inclusive for residents of all needs from low-level support through to nursing and dementia care.
Who You Are
You’re someone who naturally lifts a room. People are drawn to your warmth, your energy, and your ability to make others feel included and at ease. You’re a great listener, a cheerful presence, and confident when leading a group or striking up conversation with someone new.
Experience in care isn’t essential what matters most is your personality, positivity, and passion for working with older people.
