Are you a strategic leader with a knack for navigating complex IT landscapes? We are looking for a high-impact IT Project Manager to take accountability for the planning and delivery of business-critical technology projects.
From large-scale system implementations and infrastructure upgrades to global application rollouts, you will ensure our IT initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You won’t just manage tasks; you’ll act as the bridge between technology and business, enhancing the employee experience through seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Define project scope and objectives aligned with company strategy. Mentor and coach project teams to ensure the consistent application of delivery standards.
* End-to-End Delivery: Lead the technical planning and execution of network, cloud, and infrastructure projects, ensuring all operational and user requirements are met.
* Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for business teams, facilitating transparent communication and building long-term relationships across the organisation.
* Governance & Risk: Maintain robust reporting and assurance processes. Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure 100% adherence to security and GDPR standards.
* Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures, collaborating with Finance to optimise value and cost-effectiveness.
* Continuous Improvement: Drive excellence by capturing lessons learned, promoting automation, and staying ahead of emerging IT trends and tools.
Requirements
Experience & Knowledge:
* Proven Track Record: Significant experience managing complex IT projects (Systems, Infrastructure, Networks) from inception to completion.
* Methodology Expertise: Deep working knowledge of Project Management frameworks such as PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall, or Lean.
* Technical Literacy: Familiarity with cloud environments, IT security, and modern software applications.
* Commercial Acumen: Ability to interpret financial data, manage vendor relationships, and track project performance against KPIs.

Education & Certifications:
* Required: PRINCE2, APM PMQ, or equivalent certification.
