Ciphr is seeking an experienced Payroll Transformation and Bureau Director to join us as we move through a planned period of exciting growth.

Location:
This role is remote. You will be required to travel to the Reading office for occasional meetings.
As Payroll Transformation and Bureau Director, you will be working on:
* Managing the bureau team
* Responsible for the day-to-day running of the Ciphr payroll bureau
* Ensure customer payrolls are processed on time and accurately
* Responsible for the successful implementation of a transformation project – leveraging innovative technologies and processes
* Accountable for the on-time delivery of completed projects
* Reporting on efficiency savings to the Managing Director of payroll

* Experience in leading a payroll bureau
* High EQ, leadership experience over management experience
* Leading successful transformation design experience
* Project management skills
