St James's is a member of the Bishop Fraser Trust, a Church of England Multi Academy Trust established in 2017. Responsibilities
* Providing professional, courteous and customer-focused reception and back-office administrative services to all stakeholders, maintaining appropriate levels of confidentiality.
* Ensuring all visitors are subject to the required safeguarding checks before allowing unrestricted access to the school.

* Enjoys working as part of a team and is able to communicate effectively with pupils, parents and staff.
* Is confident in liaising with a variety of staff at all levels.
* Has excellent customer service skills.
* Has a passion for well-organised administration systems and processes.
* Has excellent ICT skills and is proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office.
* Demonstrates personal resilience and models the personal qualities we wish to instill in our young people.
* Has the ability and willingness to work flexibly to meet the demands of the role.
