Responsibilities
* Managing project delivery and client commitments
* Developing project documentation and schedules
* Supporting procurement, risk, change, and governance processes
* Working across different stages of the project lifecycle, from business case to delivery
* Working towards professional qualifications with the Association for Project Management (APM), such as the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ), the APM Project Professional Qualification (PPQ), and eventually achieving Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) status
* Gaining exposure across sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, advisory, defence, energy, and natural resources, while providing commercial, strategic, and analytical advice to clients
* Engaging with colleagues and clients to drive positive social and environmental change, encourage innovation, and create a sustainable energy future
* Receiving a personalised training plan designed to grow your skills and knowledge, with tools to track and advance your progress
* Accessing the Technical Training Academy to deepen your professional expertise and prepare for future challenges

Qualifications
* Passion for the built environment and the construction industry, including both infrastructure and real estate
* Strong client focus and commitment to delivering quality service
* Awareness of environmental challenges and motivation to contribute to sustainability
* Analytical thinking ability and eagerness to develop problem‑solving skills
* Data fluency: Comfortable working with data and confident in presenting insights
* Drive and motivation to contribute to successful project delivery; in some regional roles, the ability to drive may be necessary due to the location of client offices
* Self‑awareness: recognising your own development needs and commitment to learning and refining technical and commercial skills
* For Defence arena roles: must pass a Baseline Personnel Security Standard check and UKSV SC clearance after offer acceptance
