The Vacancy
5 hours per week (1 hour per day, term time only, 12pm – 1pm). The successful candidate should have a flexible approach and will be confident in delivering a high level of support to our children over the lunchtime period. Applicants should be well organised, have good communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team of lunchtime supervisors.
Responsibilities
* Supporting children with their mid‑day meal
* Organising and delivering play activities on the playground
* Caring for the children’s health and well‑being
* Supervising a class when it is wet playtime
Qualifications
* Possess a natural affinity with children
* Be positive in approach and have a calm and caring nature
* Have a basic understanding of food hygiene
* Have a basic understanding of first aid
* Have a basic understanding of health and safety
