We are seeking a motivated and experienced Health Care Support Worker to join our community team working with people across the Mallaig and Arisaig area.
You would be part of a dynamic and dedicated team providing a person-centred, seamless service across the local community from our base in Mallaig.
You will be involved in supporting the Community Nursing team to deliver care to people in their own homes and may need to work alone on the direction of the District nurse.
You will need to be flexible and able to prioritise and manage your time effectively.
Effective Communication Skills and Multi-Disciplinary Working Are Essential.
Knowledge and experience of both health and social care practice would be advantageous.
You will be supported by the Mallaig and Arisaig District nursing team as well as the wider multidisciplinary team.
The organisation is committed to supporting your professional development and you will have regular supervision and performance reviews with access to appropriate training enabling you to provide optimum care.
A full driving licence is essential.
