GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a vibrant primary school in Barton-upon-Humber. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils across Early Years to Key Stage 2, helping them flourish both academically and socially in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities of HLTA Lead small group sessions and deliver planned lessons under teacher guidance. Support teachers in planning and implementing personalised learning strategies. Provide targeted interventions to enhance pupil progress. Foster positive behaviour and promote effective learning habits. Collaborate with teaching staff and external professionals to meet wider student needs. Requirements for HLTA Previous experience working as a HLTA or in a similar educational role. EYFS to KS2 experience is essential. A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
