* Salary: 22,500 - 23,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications
* Work collaboratively with SEN coordinators, teaching staff, and therapists to deliver personalised ABA interventions
Person specification
* Experience or strong interest in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
* Understanding of SEN challenges in children, particularly autism and related needs
* Patient, empathetic, and skilled in implementing behaviour support plans
* Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Willingness to learn, develop, and adapt ABA techniques to individual needs
* Commitment to ongoing professional development in ABA and SEN
