Key Responsibilities
* Undertake assessments and develop outcome-focused plans that balance risk and need.
* Build effective relationships with children and families to ensure their voices inform care planning.
* Work in partnership with multi-agency professionals to deliver coordinated safeguarding interventions.
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement and audit processes.
About You
* Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
* Experience within children’s services, ideally in assessment or safeguarding teams.
* Proven experience managing statutory casework within a local authority setting.
