Milk Education is looking for Aspiring Behaviour, Pastoral, or Cover Specialists to support secondary schools across Leeds and Wakefield. This is a cover-first role — your main responsibility is keeping lessons running smoothly when teachers are absent. Behaviour management and pastoral support are valuable extras that make you even more indispensable.

Armed Forces & Veterans

Sports Coaching or Team Leadership
If you’re dependable, calm under pressure, and confident with 11–16-year-olds, this role is perfect for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supervising classes and delivering pre-prepared lessons during teacher absence
Maintaining focus, engagement, and classroom order
Using behaviour management skills to handle challenging situations
Supporting pastoral teams where needed
Acting as a consistent, positive role model
