As our Brand Activation Manager, you will lead the front-end/internal deployment of all Shopper Marketing Campaigns, ensuring they are delivered to customer-facing teams in a consistent, simple, and efficient manner. Your focus will be on leading a best-in-class end-to-end execution process and material to drive commercial and brand growth for Suntory GB&I, enabling our customer-facing teams to be ‘Gemba centric’.
You will develop shopper toolkits for all campaigns, providing internal and external stakeholders with the right level of information and insight. You will support creating marketing-leading brand and commercial plans aligned with our growth agenda, ensuring seamless brand communication to our external sales teams. Additionally, you will lead a six-month execution process, maintaining clear and concise communication across the cross-functional business.
You will collaborate across various functions including Marketing, Sales, Category, CS&P, and Ted, influencing key stakeholders at different levels to optimize plans and ensure superb in-market execution. Your ability to convert trends, insights, and market activity into actionable campaigns will be crucial.
This is a strategic, non-customer-facing role that supports a Gemba-centric approach by fostering collaborative relationships with agency partners, managing flawless execution tracking, and internal sign-offs. You will also focus on delivering against customer needs, integrating a commercial lens, brand strategies, and customer perspectives to form well-rounded recommendations.
YOUR ROLE
1. Lead the creative development and management of shopper marketing campaigns across our drinks portfolio, including Lucozade Energy, Sport, and Ribena.
2. Build strategic, customer-centric execution toolkits for all campaigns, including internal back-office processes.
3. Develop and implement an end-to-end shopper marketing execution process that feeds into the commercial cycle.
4. Oversee the tracking and evaluation of each activation, maintaining the master scorecard and providing insights for future campaigns.
5. Create and lead the brand communication platform to ensure effective information flow to the sales team with top-tier external content.
6. Maintain effective relationships with shopper marketing agencies and brand partners.
7. Gather and share best-in-class insights from agencies, suppliers, and retailers.
8. Translate brand, consumer, and shopper insights into activation strategies.
9. Review all point-of-sale materials, focusing on new technologies and innovations.
10. Support the execution of test & learn initiatives.
