Adult Learning Delivery Manager
Join Us in Shaping the Future of Adult Learning in Dudley. Dudley Council is seeking a dynamic and experienced Adult Learning Delivery Manager to lead the operational delivery of our Adult and Community Learning service. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for driving service improvement, managing a skilled team, and ensuring high-quality provision that meets the needs of our residents. You’ll lead on Ofsted inspections, oversee budgets, and work closely with partners and stakeholders to deliver innovative, inclusive, and impactful learning opportunities.
We’re looking for someone with:
Responsibilities
* Lead the operational delivery of the Adult and Community Learning service to ensure high-quality provision that meets resident needs.
* Drive service improvement and performance against targets.
* Manage a skilled team and oversee budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Take a lead role in Ofsted inspections and maintain compliance with relevant inspection frameworks.
* Work with partners and stakeholders to deliver innovative, inclusive, and impactful learning opportunities.
Qualifications
* Proven leadership experience in adult education.
* A strong understanding of the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework.
* The ability to manage budgets and performance targets.
* A commitment to equality, diversity, and continuous improvement.
