Overview
Be among the first applicants for our Autumn 2026 ELEVATE degree apprenticeship programme. Applications are open and close by 14 December 2025. You should be ready for virtual assessments and in-person interviews early in the New Year. Successful candidates will have an offer in March 2026 for a start in Autumn 2026. Ridge is a Built Environment Consultancy focused on the human-made spaces and structures that shape where we live, work and play.
Our ELEVATE degree apprenticeship programme offers a permanent contract and salary while you study for a degree that Ridge funds. The first two years provide a structured blend of education, hands-on experience and professional development.
From our 14 UK locations, opportunities include Building Services Engineering, Project Management, Cost Management / Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Civil and Structural Engineering, Town and Country Planning, and Digital Engineering (BIM).
Apprentices gain hands-on exposure to real-life projects, working with colleagues, clients and sub-contractors while developing the skills and knowledge to progress in the Built Environment field.
What you’ll do / What’s the opportunity
You’ll be part of a team, contribute to client challenges, and study while you work—without incurring student debts. You’ll join a structured two-year development programme that blends professional education with practical experience.
