Permanent Salary: £29,839 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 3:00pm (with potential overtime)

A well established manufacturing company in Petersfield is seeking a reliable and hands-on General Facility Operative to join their team. As a General Facility Operative, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations across the site, ensuring machinery and tools are maintained and production processes run smoothly. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, safety awareness, and a proactive attitude are essential.
Essential Requirements
A valid UK driving licence is required due to the location and early shift times.
Must hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.Key Responsibilities
Performing tool changes and machine setups to support production requirements
Operating sand blasting equipment to clean and prepare components
Assisting with general facility maintenance and operational tasks
Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations
Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environmentDesirable Experience
Experience working with plastic materials or components is highly advantageous
Previous exposure to industrial, manufacturing, or production environments
