Position: CRM and Social Media Manager
Location: Central London-based office, hybrid or home-based options available
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 plus great bonus and benefits
Description: This role is for a luxury tour operator, responsible for managing email programmes and social media activity. It reports directly to the Head of Marketing and involves defining and developing organic social media content strategies and KPI reporting.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the company's email marketing and social media activities
* Develop and implement organic social media content strategies
* Report on KPIs
Requirements:
* Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel industry, preferably luxury travel
* Proficiency in tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms
* Strong analytical skills
