We’re on the lookout for an Interaction Designer who’s passionate about creating intuitive, accessible, and meaningful user experiences.
You’ll be joining a high-performing User-Centred Design (UCD) practice within a leading digital consultancy, a collaborative team of designers, researchers, and strategists delivering impactful work across both public and private sector projects.

What you’ll be doing
* Designing intuitive, user-friendly interaction patterns that make digital services accessible and engaging.
* Collaborating with researchers, content designers, and service designers to bring ideas to life through prototypes, wireframes, and user flows.
* Using insight and data to iterate and improve experiences, always putting the user first.
* Applying recognised accessibility and usability standards, including GDS design principles.
* Presenting ideas and design solutions to stakeholders, championing user-centred thinking at every stage.
What you’ll need
* Solid experience in interaction design, UX design, or UI design within agile, multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong knowledge of user-centred design practices and a collaborative mindset.
* Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar.
* Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
* Experience working with HTML prototyping kits
* Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
