Our client is seeking an experienced Telesales Executive to join their dynamic team within a well-established company specialising in the design and manufacture of high-quality bespoke staircases.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident communicator with a passion for building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of a respected brand in the construction and homebuilding sector.
About this role:
Monday to Friday (8:30am till 5pm)
Permanent position
Make outbound calls to new, prospective, and active customers
Upload data and any notes on CRM systems
Working with the sales team to grow lifetime value of customers
Call all contacts within a company to ensure we are receiving all relevant inquiries
Deliver enquiries to the company's set standard to support the estimating team in delivering the quote
Reach KPI targets including: calls made per day, hours on the phone, tickets created, enquires etc.What our clients requires from you:
