You will gain experience across a variety of Finance functions, helping you build a strong foundation for a long-term career in Finance at Ontic. What to Expect You’ll take responsibility early on and be involved in fast-moving, business-critical projects from the very start. You’ll thrive on new experiences, embrace challenges, and constantly seek out learning opportunities. From day one, you’ll be encouraged, supported, and listened to. You’ll be expected to take ownership of tasks, use your initiative to solve problems, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve success. Learning & Development Over the course of the scheme, we’ll provide you with the resources you need to grow personally and professionally, including: Formal coaching and mentoring On-the-job training and rotational exposure Workshops and technical skills development Support for completing relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CIMA/ACCA) At the end of the programme, you’ll transition into a permanent role where your performance and ambition can accelerate your career. Who We’re Looking For To succeed as a Finance Graduate at Ontic, you will need to have achieved or be predicted to achieve at least a 2:1 degree in a Finance-related discipline, such as: Business Management Accountancy Finance We look for more than just a degree. You’ll need a growth mindset and the ability to perform in an ever-changing environment. You’ll be curious, analytical, flexible, resilient, and—most importantly—collaborative. You won’t mind rolling up your sleeves to make things better or removing barriers to get the job done. You’ll be passionate, self-motivated, and ideally have an interest in aviation, too.
