The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience with MIG and TIG welding and a background in manufacturing, FMCG, food production, or packaging environments. Key Responsibilities for the Fabriactor Welder: Perform high-quality MIG & TIG welding on a variety of metals. Fabricate components and assemblies to tight tolerances from technical drawings. Ensure all work meets industry and safety standards. Minimum 3 years' experience in MIG and TIG welding, particularly with stainless steel. Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. Collaborate with engineers and production staff to deliver projects on time.
