Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively promoting our products and services. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and a deep understanding of customer needs.
Duties
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
* Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress towards targets.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company and expand professional connections.
* Provide feedback on product development based on client interactions and market demands.
Requirements
* Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
* Strong understanding of CRM software, with experience using Salesforce being highly advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
