Flk Recruitment are currently partnering with a fantastic business in Derbyshire supporting with the recruitment of an HR Business Partner for their fast paced and diverse site in between Derby & Nottingham. This is a newly created role and will work closely with the Head of HR to support with the delivery of their People plan for the site and will be based on-site 5 days per week. As theHR Business Partner you will be responsible for providing effective support to a diverse client group across the whole employee lifecycle including Employee Relations, Policy, Engagement, Recruitment, Reward & Recognition, EDI, L&D, Comms and Wellbeing. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to challenge the norm and influence senior management thinking. You will be someone who is able to build mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders to support in the delivery of the HR strategy. As the ideal candidate you will have previously worked as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager ideally within a fast paced environment like Logistics, Retail or Manufacturing however, this isn't essential.
