Reboot Monkey is a global datacenter services provider. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to own tax compliance and financial reporting across our international operations. This is a 100% remote role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
The Mission
You will ensure our global finances are accurate, compliant, and scalable. You aren’t just "doing the books"—you are managing the financial health of a multi-regional operation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Global Reporting: Manage day-to-day accounting and month-end closing across multiple regions.
* Tax Ownership: Handle tax preparation and filings for international jurisdictions; monitor local tax law changes.
* Accuracy: Maintain rigorous internal controls and support external audits.
* Optimization: Improve accounting workflows and implement best practices for scalability.
* Advisory: Provide financial insights to leadership for international expansion.
What You Bring:
* Experience: 3+ years in accounting, specifically with international tax and compliance.
* Tech Savvy: Proficient with QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite.
* Communication: Strong professional English (written/verbal).
* Mindset: Highly analytical, organized, and capable of working independently across different timezones.
