Overview
Administrative Assistant (Mental Health Team) at NHS Scotland. Based at Town & County Hospital, Wick. Permanent part-time (18.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday afternoons with potential for additional hours to cover staff absences.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support within the Community Mental Health Team; manage day-to-day workload and priorities.
* Audio typing and data entry with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Work collaboratively in a confidential office environment; use Microsoft Office applications.
Requirements/Qualifications
* Self-motivated, pleasant, and reliable with strong organisational skills.
* Excellent audio typing and data entry skills; previous office experience, preferably in a confidential environment.
* Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

* Salary/terms: permanent part-time 18.5 hours; schedule as above; flexibility required.
