What you will do
- Programme Leadership: Lead the development and delivery of compulsory purchase orders for regeneration schemes.
- CPO Management: Prepare statements of reasons and oversee the full compulsory purchase mandate lifecycle from initiation to confirmation.
- Land Assembly: Coordinate the acquisition of land for complex urban or infrastructure projects.
