Qualifications
* Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.
* 3-5 yrs background experience as Hotel Director/Hotel General Manager in a 4 or 5 * Hotel.
* Guest services shipboard experience is an advantage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Effectively manages overall ship operations and guest experience.
* Achieves the highest levels of guest satisfaction under all circumstances, through effective responsiveness, follow through and the team’s ability to resolve issues.
* Ensures all inventory levels are appropriate per targets and operational requirements.
* Responsible for overall hotel department financial performance (expenses/revenue).
* Actively displays a business ownership mentality when developing tactical plans to achieve financial targets.
* Works from an entrepreneurial perspective to develop and implement new ideas for revenue and to improve operational efficiencies.
