PERMANENT WEALTH MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR – ST ALBANS - Circa 40K
I am looking for an experienced individual from a wealth management background. You are either an Investment administrator, wealth management admin, a paraplanner OR in wealth management and looking to be an assistant to management or to take that next step. Must be willing to also do the admin for our established St Albans based client. They are really busy so need some sort of relevant experienced with the expectations of hands on deck.
Daily duties are likely to involve:-
* Overall support to Investment Managers
* Diary management and booking meetings
* Updating of internal systems
* Oversee management of client annual reviews and portfolio reviews
* Assist with portfolio reports
* Client on boarding
* Preparation of platform withdrawals/ fund switches / transactions
* Preparing client meeting packs for advisers
In return, what we need from you:-
* Similar experience to the above
* Be self sufficient and work on own initiative.
* Level 4 IAD with experience of a discretionary Investment Management business or similar
* Be of a flexible nature to adapt to an ever changing environment
