About The Role: Shift Pattern: This is a casual contract, shifts will be available to cover sickness, annual leave, holidays, training and busy periods on site. Job Overview: Key Responsibilities: Compliance with security assignment instructions and SLA’s agreed in the contract to meet the requirements of the client and company Carry out security services patrols Carry out routine Fire patrols/checks To ensure that all Fire procedures are implemented and monitored at all times. Booking /weighing vehicles on & off site Recording of printed products leaving site Assist in compliance of all customer policies and procedures are adhered too To report immediately any misuse, damage or threat to the customers or OCS property & equipment Report any breach or unsafe practices in the workplace to Line Manager in accordance with the Company Health and Safety policy and procedures and with support from the Health and Safety Manager. To carry out control room duties as required Provide for fire checks, patrols and isolation fire panel when required Provide along with other security personnel mail/courier sort/collection/delivery service Adherence to company and site H & S policies Accurately and legibly complete all relevant documentation associated with all relevant tasks. All other reasonable requests to meet the needs of the business. Skills Required: Flexibility – Ability to move between areas (training permitting) to meet the needs of the business.
