* Identify training needs for individual franchisees and the overall business
* Create, develop & maintain the training manuals/videos
* Organise & deliver franchisees’ training sessions
* Evaluate the success of the training sessions
* Support in the ongoing development of franchisees’ skills and businesses
* Support in managing an email inbox for our franchise network
THE PERSON
* Background in the travel industry, where training was a key part of their role, is essential
* Experience in using PowerPoint
* Excellent verbal and written skills, and organised
* Ability to network and build strong relationships
* Knowledge on Google Ads would be advantageous

* Home-based – Training delivered via webinar
* Office based – In our Birmingham Head Office, Cox Street, Birmingham, B3 1RD
* Close proximity to Snowhill train station, excellent public transport and road links
