About The Role
We are looking for a skilled Gas/Plumbing Maintenance Engineer to carry out both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across the resort’s gas equipment and utility infrastructure. This full‑time permanent position offers a great opportunity to develop technical skills in a dynamic environment.
Shift Pattern: 5 in 7
Key Responsibilities
* Commissioning and servicing boilers ranging from 24kW to 200kW+.
* Repairing, installing, and maintaining gas equipment and associated pipework.
* Performing maintenance and plumbing tasks on pipework and appliances throughout the theme park and hotels.
* Collaborating with a multi‑skilled team to support maintenance and compliance functions.
* Ensuring the safe operation of all non‑ride equipment, systems, and installations.
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance and broaden your skillset.
* Working independently and as part of a team to meet maintenance demands.
* Availability for occasional weekend work, including working every third weekend.
Qualifications & Experience
Apprenticeship in a relevant mechanical services engineering discipline to at least NVQ level 3, C&G level 3, ONC, or BTEC, with relevant Safe Gas registration modules and a flexible approach to work.
Commercial experience in the gas/plumbing field.
