We need strong organisational skills and attention to detail. We would particularly like to speak to business analysts within wealth management, business change analysts, operational improvement analysts, senior paraplanners with process improvement or change project experience, and practice or operations professionals who have delivered business improvement initiatives. Nice to have: Power BI, Excel, or MI reporting experience. Nice to have: exposure to CRM systems, adviser platforms, or client portals. Nice to have: knowledge of FCA-regulated environments and Consumer Duty. Nice to have: experience supporting business change or transformation projects. Responsibilities: We work with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges and identify improvement opportunities. We map current and future state processes. We support project discovery and requirements gathering activities. We help shape and improve adviser, client, and operational journeys. We produce meaningful management information and business insights. We support the development and enhancement of our client portal. We assist with testing, implementation, and change adoption activities. We work closely with technology teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood.
