Quality Engineer / Product Inspection Engineer

My client is looking for a Quality Engineer / Production Inspection Engineer to join their market leading organisation! Whether you are a more senior and experienced candidate, or more junior with less experience, all will be considered. If you have experience working within the engineering industry in a quality-based role, then this could be the role for you!
As a Quality Engineer, you will be:
* Following specifications to carry out dimensional and surface inspection.
* Produce detailed records of inspection.
* Communicate with other departments with methods and requirements.
* Collaborate with suppliers to improve product development.
* Validation of measurement procedures.
* Equipment calibration and maintenance.
* Ensure Health & Safety quality procedures are met.
* Any other duties required.
The successful Quality Engineer will have / be:
* An Engineering degree (or extensive experience)
* Experience in precision engineering or dimensional metrology.
