CNC Press Brake Operator - Days or Nights
Location: Lytham St Annes
Shift Options:
* Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday
* Days: 7:00am - 4:30pm
* Nights
Pay Rate: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)

The Role
We are currently recruiting an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join a busy and growing engineering business. You will be responsible for producing both standard and bespoke metal components to a high-quality standard while meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities
* Setting and operating CNC press brake machinery in a production environment
* Maintaining high quality standards at all times for standard and bespoke products
* Carrying out regular quality checks using measuring equipment
* Reading and understanding engineering drawings
* Proactively communicating with Supervisors, Managers, and Quality Control regarding production, quality, and H&S matters
* Maintaining a clean and tidy work area in line with 5S activities
* Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures, including correct use of PPE

Requirements
* Proven CNC experience in a production environment
* Experience setting and operating CNC machinery (press brake experience essential)
* Good understanding of measuring equipment and quality checks
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings
* Knowledge of 5S and lean manufacturing principles
* Positive attitude, good communication skills, and strong attention to detail
