Duration: FTC Start Jan > July 2026
Hours: Full time (6 days per week. 3pm to 8pm weekdays & varied blocks between 9am-6pm weekends)
Office Location: Remote
Role Purpose
We are looking for a passionate and creative Community Manager to lead social conversations, spark engagement, write high-quality copy and build loyal fan communities across multiple platforms. Brands include the world’s biggest sports entertainment company specialising in energy drinks (with a combined following of over 122m!) and a world-renowned magical family entertainment company.
As a key part of our social team, you’ll shape and execute world-class community experiences, responding to fans in real time, engaging proactively with broader social audiences, and turning conversations into meaningful moments and content opportunities.
Please note that we are looking for a candidate who is flexible working evenings and weekends, as the hours for this role sit outside of the typical 9-5, please see working times at the header of the job description.
Job Requirements
What you’ll bring to Jungle
* Community management experience preferable
* Copywriting experience preferable
* Excellent written English skills with an acute attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communications
* Strong time-management and organisational skills
* Familiarity with social analytics and social media terminology
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment, both as part of a team and independently
* A self-starter, with high energy and a positive attitude!
Job Responsibilities
What you will be doing as a Community Manager:
* Lead daily community engagement across all social platforms delivering proactive and reactive interactions that strengthen brand affinity and grow fan communities.
* Champion brand tone-of-voice and knowledge, ensuring every interaction reflects each client’s personality and values.
* Write creative newsletters and social captions that capture brand voice, elevate brand storytelling, and drive engagement.
* Management of social accounts during out-of-hours, occasionally including posting, scheduling and small edits (eg: adding a text hook to a finished video).
* Identify and escalate content/community opportunities but also potential crisis situations.
* Source appropriate UGC and manage outreach/approvals process.
* Tracking results and compiling community management reports.
* Proactively identify and react in a timely nature to tactical & trending opportunities.
* Monitor trends in social media tools, apps, channels, design and strategy.
