We’re currently recruiting Evening Care Assistants to support our clients from 5pm in their homes – helping them feel safe, relaxed, and cared for at the end of their day. As an Evening Care Assistant, the role will involve supporting clients with their end of day routines - preparing an evening meal, administering medication, light home help tasks, personal care needs and getting ready for bed.
